The security deposit is the same as the rent for each unit.

Subletting is not allowed. 

Not during the length of your lease. Your rent will remain the same through the duration of the lease.

No, we do not. Dogs of any size or breed are not allowed. Cats of any size or breed are not allowed. 

Yes, every apartment has a garage. Denise & Kellee apartments have an additional parking space in the back of the building. The Sue apartments have parking outside the garage in the driveway. 

No, we offer a 1-year lease.

Rent is due on or before  the 1st of each month.  There are 3 different ways you can pay, Check or money order, debit or credit card, or Zelle. 

We do not accept cash. 

Yes, for the Denise and Kellee apartments a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher are included. For the Sue apartment a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are included.

We pay for water, sewer, and garbage. The tenant is responsible for electric and gas.

Yes, The application fee for the first applicant is $45. Any other adults after the first applicant there is a $35 fee per person. 

Your gross income must be 2.5 times the rent per month or greater.  We evaluate your job, credit, and previous rental history. We look for a favorable credit score of 650 or higher.  For our Denise & Kellee units.

We look for a favorable credit score of 675 or higher for our Sue units.

Yes, you must obtain renters insurance and keep it through out the length of your lease and upon lease renewal.
