Rock Valley Apartment Homes operates on a first come first serve basis. When an Applicant is approved a holding deposit is required to take the home off of the market.
The hold deposit is $250.00 for the Denise & The Kellee.
The hold deposit is $350 for the Sue.
The Apartment will continue to be on the market and can be rented unless a Hold Deposit is paid.
Rental Application Policy All applications must be submitted with the following:
1. Application Fee: $45.00 non-refundable for First adult applicant.
$35.00 for each additional adult applicant.
Must be 18 or older to apply. Fees & prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Proof of Income: 30 days’ worth of pay stubs or letter from current employer stating salary, start date and hours.
If applicant is self-employed, we will need a copy of the previous year’s tax return showing your gross income. If applicant is a social security or pension recipient, we will need your benefits statement.
3. Identification: Driver’s license or State ID
All applications must be filled out completely.
Rock Valley Apartment Homes will run a credit check including a criminal background screening on each applicant through Trans Union and Winnebago County courts system during our evaluation process. Applicant(s) will be contacted within 1 business day minimum, regarding approval as long as all information is submitted in a timely manner.
For the application process Fees may be paid by: Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Zelle or Credit Card/Debit Card
